Avanti Training Employee Text Notifications Terms

Program
Avanti Training sends recurring, non-marketing text notifications only to current employees who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include work-schedule changes, operational notices, account notices, training assignments and reminders, and workplace alerts. The program is not used for advertising, promotions, or messages to the public.
Enrollment
Employees opt in by entering or confirming their mobile number and checking a separate consent box during first-time account activation or later in authenticated notification settings. Participation is optional and is not a condition of activating or using the employee account. No SMS keyword opt-in is offered.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to the employee’s mobile service plan.
STOP, HELP, and re-enrollment
Reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact your manager or Avanti Training administrator. To opt in again after stopping messages, use the authenticated employee portal. Sending START alone does not restore the application preference.
Delivery and scope
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Required notices remain available through company-controlled channels such as email, the employee portal, or management. These terms apply only to this employee SMS program and do not replace unrelated employment policies.
