Training portal information
Avanti Training processes employee account, assignment, completion, and contact information to operate the company training portal and provide required workplace notices. Access is limited according to assigned job responsibilities.
Employee SMS program
If an employee voluntarily enrolls in employee text notifications, we collect the mobile number, consent choice, consent and revocation times, disclosure and policy versions, and delivery information needed to administer, document, and protect the program. Messages may include schedule changes, operational notices, account notices, training reminders, and workplace alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers and non-sharing
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers, including Twilio, solely as necessary to operate and deliver the employee SMS notification program.
Choice and assistance
Enrollment is optional and is not required to activate or use an employee account. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Employees may also turn text notifications off in the authenticated portal. For additional help, contact your manager or Avanti Training administrator.
Retention and protection
Mobile, consent, revocation, and delivery records are retained for program administration, security, compliance, and company recordkeeping. Reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls are used to protect this information.
